Pipeline

Run deal flow without a spreadsheet everyone edits differently.

Every deal gets a stage, an owner, and a history — and a 12-factor signal score so the team prioritizes the same way instead of by whoever shouts loudest in the partner meeting.

Before

One spreadsheet, a different version on every laptop.

  • No agreed stage. A deal is in diligence or still screening depending on whose copy you open.
  • Priority by volume. The deal that gets discussed is the one whoever shouts loudest in the partner meeting brought in.
  • History in comments. Stage moves and owner changes exist only if someone remembered to type them.

In DeelSignal every deal gets a stage, an owner, and a history, and the same 12-factor score for everyone.

The partner meeting

The agenda sorts itself.

Monday starts from one ranking everyone can see, built on the same 12 factors for every deal. The debate is about the company, not about whose deal it is.

Under the pipeline

The pipeline is yours. The rules stay on.

Stages, gates and the ranking behind them are set in the engine, not left to whoever happens to be moving the deal.

Pipelines

Your stages, with gates the analyst cannot skip.

Start from the Angel network, Seed VC, Growth or PE buyout template, or define a custom pipeline with its own stages, phases and allowed moves. A move into a gated stage needs admin, partner or analyst rights; anyone else is refused and nothing is saved. A pass stage is never gated.

Warm intros

Intro paths from the mail and meetings you already have.

Gmail and Google Calendar are matched against the investors and founders on file, and each match feeds a relationship score. Co-investments, deal teams and shared cap tables add further links. The path shown is the one whose weakest link is strongest, because a chain is only as warm as its coldest hop.

Scoring

One 12-factor DSignal Score on every deal.

Five factors are read from the application: problem, solution, traction, team and the raise. Seven come only from what is on file: references, IC votes, founder replies, data room, momentum, relationship warmth and follow-ups. A factor with nothing on file scores low and says so, rather than being guessed.

See it on your own pipeline.

We walk the job through on Demo Capital’s records first, then on a copy of yours.
