Algobain Technologies Opc Pvt Ltd ("DeelSignal", "we", "our") operates a deal management and intelligence platform for fund managers and investors. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our platform at deelsignal.com.
By using DeelSignal, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you are using DeelSignal on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to this policy.

Data We Collect
Account information: Name, email address, job title, and organization name provided when you create an account.
Workspace data: Deal records, company information, contact details, notes, documents, and other content you add to your workspace.
Usage data: Pages visited, features used, time spent, button clicks, and other interaction data used to improve the product.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, and cookies required for authentication and security.
Communications: Emails and messages you send to our support team.
We do not collect payment card data directly — all billing is handled by Stripe, which has its own privacy policy.
How We Use Your Data
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and improve the platform — operate the service, debug issues, and ship new features based on usage patterns.
- Authenticate and secure accounts — verify identity, prevent unauthorized access, and detect abuse.
- Send product communications — account notifications, security alerts, and product updates. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.
- Provide customer support — understand and resolve issues you report.
- Meet legal obligations — respond to lawful requests and comply with applicable regulations.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your deal data for benchmarking, research, or any purpose outside of operating your account.
Data Sharing
We share data only in the following circumstances:
Service providers: We use third-party vendors — including AWS for hosting, Stripe for billing, Brevo and MSG91 for email and SMS delivery, and AI model providers that process prompts to power assistant and document features — who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements. Some AI model providers operate outside the EU and the US; where a workspace holds EU personal data, an administrator can restrict AI processing to providers in adequate jurisdictions from the workspace privacy settings.
The complete list of vendors that process customer data, with what each receives and where it is located, is on our Subprocessors page. Customers can sign our Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
Your organization: Within your workspace, data is accessible to workspace members according to their assigned role and permissions.
Legal requirements: We may disclose data when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of DeelSignal and its users.
Business transfers: If DeelSignal is acquired or merges with another company, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before this occurs.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertising networks or data brokers. We use privacy-friendly, first-party product analytics (including cookieless Vercel Analytics and our own product-usage events) solely to operate and improve the platform — never for advertising or commercial resale.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription:
- You have 30 days to export your data. You can export pipeline and portfolio records yourself from the in-app export actions, and for a complete copy of your workspace you can request one by emailing privacy@deelsignal.com — we return it within 30 days.
- After that window, your workspace data is permanently deleted from our systems.
- Backup copies are purged within 90 days of account closure.
- Audit logs and billing records may be retained for up to 7 years to meet legal and accounting obligations.
- Operational and analytics records with no ongoing purpose are deleted automatically on a schedule — for example prospect enquiry and waitlist records after two years, and deck-engagement analytics after roughly a year.
You can request deletion of your account, or erasure of your personal data, at any time by emailing privacy@deelsignal.com.

Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Correction: Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
Deletion: Request erasure of your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements).
Portability: Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
Objection: Object to certain processing activities, including direct marketing.
GDPR (EU/UK residents): You have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation. DeelSignal acts as a data processor for workspace content and a data controller for account data. To exercise your rights, contact privacy@deelsignal.com.
CCPA (California residents): California residents may request disclosure of personal information categories collected and opt out of sale (we do not sell personal data).
Cookies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies for:
Authentication: Session cookies to keep you logged in securely.
Security: CSRF tokens and other cookies that protect against attacks.
Preferences: Cookies that remember your UI settings and workspace selections.
We do not use third-party advertising cookies. For visitors in the EU and UK, non-essential analytics load only after you consent through our cookie banner, and we honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling certain essential cookies will prevent the platform from functioning correctly.
Security
We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), database encryption at rest, AES-256-GCM field-level encryption of stored credentials, workspace isolation, role-based access controls and an audit log. No system is 100% secure. If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it to security@deelsignal.com.
