Each of these has lost us a feature, a deal, or a quarter. They are here because we would rather lose those than the other thing.

Propose, never write
The assistant drafts, flags and cites. Every write to the ledger is a human action. An AI that can post a journal entry is an AI you have to audit, and no fund controller wants that job.

Never invent a figure
Every number the system states links back to the row it read, or it says it does not know. A confident wrong number in an LP letter is worse than no number, and it is the failure mode this category is heading toward.

Name what we do not do
409A safe-harbor sign-off, K-1 preparation, IFRS 2, statutory filings, ethical walls. We publish that list on the roadmap rather than letting you find it in month three. It costs us deals in the first call. It costs us more in the ninth month.

Publish the price
On the pricing page, self-serve, with the bands visible. A GP should be able to size the decision before booking a call with anyone.

Make leaving easy
Every collection exports. The API is open from Solo up. No export fee, no notice period on data access. A platform kept through export friction is tolerated, not chosen.

We don’t publish headshots or titles. We treat our own names the way the platform treats your LP list: shared with the people who need them, not posted for everyone. A team page can tell you who; it can’t tell you whether the carry waterfall ties out. The demo and the security page can.
